Thug Poetry Volume 2

It's an amazing thing what love can make a person-do//
A break up can make cats feel like God put a curse-on-you//
Love makes girls stay when they're man is cheatin-on-them//
And some stay even when they're man is beatin-on-them//
Some cats will make their wrists start rubbin-a-knife//
Some people kill themselves for the love-of-their-life//
Allow me to tell you a tale, allow me to weave-my-flows//
Whether the story's fiction or not, you need-not-know//
Emily always loved Jason, despite flings with other guys//
The two knew each other since they were about five//
She would blow kisses at Jason when-she-said-bye//
And she would lick her lips at him when-she-said-hi//
And when she'd-get-high, she'd give-him-a-puff//
He made her feel rich though she was livin-so-rough//
Jason always loved her since he first danced-wit-her//
But he thought that he'd never have a chance-wit-her//
It wasn't until Jason was sixteen that he asked-her-out//
Emily fell head over heels, nearly passin-out//
They got wit each other and thought they'd be together-forever//
They liked the thug life so they bought a
beretta-together//
Flash forward two years later, they're still a young-couple//
But now they're relationship is goin through some-trouble//
Jason constantly came home when it was late-at-night//
And the lame excuses he gave would never make-it-right//
And whenever Jason came home and went-to-their-room//
Emily would suddenly smell the scent-of-perfume//
She started doubtin if her love for Jason was mutual//
And then one night, Jason went out later than usual//
So Emily thought she was trapped in a world of mystery//
She looked through Jason's stuff, found a number labeled Tiffany//
She started to realize that things weren't oh-so-great//
What Jason was doin and why he came home-so-late//
She realized that Jason was out after work gettin-laid//
She thought about it and couldn't believe she was gettin-played//
So she thought about it more and yelled "Fuck-this-shit"//
Emily broke a mirror and used the pieces to cut-her-wrists//
She swallowed madd pills and got a little buzz-from-the-drugs//
And in the end, there was her body and blood-on-the-rug//
Imagine Jason's face the minute he stepped-through-the-door//
Seein Emily's body with blood stains left-on-the-floor//
The note said "Jason my love, why did you betray-me?//
How could you say we were meant to be and play-me?//
I was blind to your ways before but now I see-it-better//
So now, Tiffany and you can finally be-together"//
Right then, Jason couldn't believe the shit he was readin//
Cause the truth was that Jason wasn't even cheatin//
Tiffany was a jewelry dealer, she sold them shinin-things//
And Tiffany was only sellin Jason a diamond-ring//
Jason was actually gonna ask Emily to be-his-wife//
But at that moment, Jason only wanted to cease-his-life//
He said "I love you, babe", as if she could still hear-that//
Jason tried his best but he juss couldn't hold his tears-back//
He would've done anythin juss to kiss-her-again//
He thought about the only way he could be with-her-again//
Jason ran and got their beretta from under-the-bed//
He loaded it with one bullet, put the gun-to-his-head//
AND PULLED THE TRIGGER...
