I'm appalled by this on so many levels. What a ghastly display of American anti-communistic propaganda. The drawings are terrifying too. This cartoon is perfect for the American mind; its oversimplification of the issue along with zany portrayal of Communism (ISM)works on the American public on two levels: entertaining them and inculcating pro-capitalist sentiments. Gross manipulative American propaganda, and the Americans eat is up which is worse. You suck.
Oh Kenderson. That's exactly why I love this video so much. Its hilarious in it oversimplification. "Freedom to work", "security from unlawful search or seizure", and the worker saying "We got our freedom" was even more hilarious. But there is some truth in this piece of obvious propaganda. Though there are injustices in our American system of capitalism, the authoritarian communist system is even more unjust. Freedom is even more scarce within a Leninist dictatorship of the proletariat. Politicians do become even more puppet-like. Peasants and Proletarians are even less free. Capitalists... well we know what happens to capitalists under Communism. I do not necessarily agree with the portrayal of communism in this video nor do I agree with the idea of class collaboration, there is some truth in it.
